What matters on show day

Less back office. More operational control.

Show Day Operations is meant to strip the experience down to what organizers and staff actually need while the event is live.

Live Floor Map

See table status in real time and give staff one visual source of truth for booked, checked-in, open, and no-show space.

Fast Check-In

Check in vendors with QR scanning as the preferred flow, while still supporting staff lookup and manual entry as backup options.

No-Show Visibility

Keep the organizer's no-show cutoff visible so staff can act consistently when a reserved vendor has not arrived.

Check-in flow

One preferred path. Two backups.

The ideal flow is simple: the organizer scans the vendor's QR code. But show day is messy, so the system should still work when that code is not available.

Scan Vendor QR

Best for speed and accuracy. The organizer scans the QR code shown on the vendor's phone or printed confirmation.

Find Vendor

Staff can search by vendor name, business name, email, or table number when the QR code is not available.

Enter Code

Use a manual code as the final fallback for walk-up support or edge cases where the vendor can provide a reservation code.

Preferred flow

1
Vendor arrivesVendor presents their QR code on their phone or printed confirmation.
2
Organizer scansLive Mode confirms the booking, table assignment, and check-in eligibility.
3
Check-in completeBadge count, table status, and recent activity update from the same workflow.

Backup flow

1
Search or manual codeIf the QR code is missing, staff can find the vendor or enter their code manually.
2
Confirm identityStaff confirms the booking details and table assignment before marking them checked in.
3
Resolve exceptionsCollect a balance, issue badges, or flag the record if the vendor needs organizer review.
Operational signals

Make important decisions visible while the show is happening.
