VendorStax started as a tool for vendors. The mission is to make the physical card show market easier to run and easier to understand.
VendorStax was built by a card vendor in Florida who kept running into the same problem after shows: the sales were there, but the answers were not. Which cards actually made money? Which buys worked? Which cards sat all weekend? Which customers asked for cards that were not in the case?
Spreadsheets helped for a while, but they were not built for the way card shows work. Deals happen fast. Cash and trade credit get mixed together. Cards move between binders, cases, lots, shows, and online pages. At some point, keeping up became its own job.
So we built VendorStax to make the business side of vending easier to run and easier to learn from.
The physical card show market matters. A lot of real buying, selling, trading, negotiating, and sourcing happens at tables, but most of that activity disappears once the show ends.
