Terms & Conditions

Last updated: June 2026

These terms cover your use of VendorStax. By creating an account and using the app, you agree to them. We've kept them straightforward and fair.

What VendorStax is

VendorStax is an inventory and business management app for trading card vendors. It helps you track cards, manage shows, log trades, and understand your profitability. It's a tool — the decisions you make with it are yours.

Your account

You need a Google account to sign in to VendorStax. You're responsible for keeping your account secure. If you think your account has been accessed by someone else, let us know at hello@vendorstax.com right away.

You must be at least 18 years old to use VendorStax as a vendor account holder.

Your data

The inventory, show records, customer notes, and other data you enter into VendorStax belong to you. We store it securely on your behalf. You can export or delete it at any time by contacting us.

By using VendorStax, you give us permission to store and process your data to run the service. We don't use your business data for advertising or sell it to anyone.

What you can and can't do

You can use VendorStax for your own card vending business. You can't:

Pricing and billing

The free plan is free, with no time limit. Paid plans, when available, will be billed monthly or annually as chosen at checkout. You can cancel anytime — you won't be charged after your current billing period ends. We don't offer refunds for partial billing periods, but we'll always try to be reasonable if something goes wrong.

Service availability

We work hard to keep VendorStax running, but we can't guarantee 100% uptime. Maintenance, updates, or unexpected issues may occasionally cause downtime. We'll communicate planned maintenance in advance when possible.

Limitation of liability

VendorStax is a tool to help you manage your business. We're not responsible for business decisions you make based on the data in the app. Profit figures, ROI calculations, and market data are provided for informational purposes — always verify important numbers before making major decisions.

To the extent allowed by law, our liability to you for any issue related to VendorStax is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the issue arose.

Changes to these terms

If we update these terms in a meaningful way, we'll notify you by email or in the app. Continuing to use VendorStax after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
