Depending on how you use VendorStax, we may collect the following types of information:
- Account Information: name, email address, phone number, business name, Google account information used for sign-in, team invitation status, login credentials, roles, permissions, and account settings.
- Vendor Information: inventory details, product names, card names, pricing, availability, booth/event details, and other information vendors choose to upload or manage.
- Buyer Request Information: name, email address, phone number, requested card/product, Shop Mode reservations, Show Mode requests, order or claim numbers, notification preferences, and messages submitted through search or lead forms.
- Payment and Billing Information: if paid features are enabled, billing details may be collected by our payment processor. We do not store full credit card numbers on our servers.
- Device and Usage Information: IP address, browser type, device type, pages viewed, search activity, clicks, error logs, and general app usage data.
- Cookies and Similar Technologies: we may use cookies, local storage, or analytics tools to keep users signed in, remember preferences, and improve performance.
2. How We Use Information

- Allow vendors to manage and display inventory.
- Allow buyers to search inventory, reserve cards, receive order or claim numbers, and request notifications.

- With Vendors or Card Shops: if a buyer submits a request, reservation, order, or notification form, that information may be shared with the vendor or card shop connected to that inventory, shop, or event.
- With Service Providers: we may use trusted providers for hosting, analytics, email/SMS delivery, payment processing, customer support, and security.
- For Legal Reasons: we may disclose information if required by law, subpoena, court order, or to protect rights, safety, and security.
- Business Transfers: information may be transferred if VendorStax is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets.
3A. Google Sign-In and Team Invitations
If you create an account using Google sign-in, we receive the information needed to create and secure your VendorStax account, such as your name, email address, and related login identifiers. If you join a team, your account Admin may invite you, assign a role, change permissions, or remove your access to that team's workspace.
4. Buyer Notifications and Communications
If you submit your contact information to be notified about a card or product, we may use that information to send availability updates or related messages. You may opt out of marketing messages at any time by using the unsubscribe link, replying STOP to SMS messages where applicable, or contacting us.
5. Data Retention
We keep information for as long as needed to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and maintain business records. Vendors may request deletion of their account data, subject to legal or operational requirements.
6. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information. However, no internet or electronic system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Depending on where you live and how you use the Service, you may have rights to:
