Built for variety

Manage a more complex floor without forcing every vendor into the same box.

Toy, comic, memorabilia, Disney, pop culture, and mixed collectible vendors often need different space types and different placement logic. VendorStax lets the organizer build the floor around the event instead of simplifying the event around the software.

Your show is more than vendor space. Your revenue model should be too.

Create a show where the floor plan, vendor mix, sponsor presence, and attendee experience all support a stronger business.

Questions organizers ask

Frequently asked questions

Can VendorStax handle different booth sizes and vendor types at one show?

Yes. You can create tables, 10x10 booths, islands and custom footprints with their own dimensions, furniture, badges and pricing, so toy, comic, memorabilia and mixed collectible vendors each get the right space.

Can I sell sponsor areas and activity spaces too?

Yes. Sponsor areas and activity spaces can be part of the floor plan, and sponsorships, add-ons and Show Spotlight placements can be sold alongside vendor space.

How do I run check-in on show day?

Live Mode gives staff a focused show-day screen with the floor map, QR check-in, payments and quick fixes such as moving a vendor or marking a no-show.

What does VendorStax cost for a collectible show?

There is no monthly fee and no contract. VendorStax charges $2.99 per confirmed paid vendor reservation and $0.49 per paid attendee ticket, and organizers decide who pays those fees.

More detail on fees is in the VendorStax FAQ.
