Move from filling tables to building a stronger event business.

As the show grows, spreadsheets, DMs, and memory become harder to scale. VendorStax gives the organizer one system for the floor, vendor relationships, payments, and show-day activity while creating room for revenue beyond the base reservation.

Your floor has a revenue ceiling. Your show does not.

Use VendorStax to turn the event into a platform with multiple revenue streams while still improving the experience for the vendors and collectors who make the show work.

Questions organizers ask

Frequently asked questions

What is the best software for running a TCG card show?

VendorStax is event software built for card show organizers. It lets you sell vendor tables, booths, islands and custom spaces from a live floor plan, keep vendor history and waitlists, collect payments, and run show day with check-in and Live Mode, all in one platform.

How do vendors book tables at my card show?

You share a booking link. Vendors see a live floor plan, choose an open table or booth, add any upgrades, and pay. Every reservation updates the floor plan instantly, so the same table cannot be double booked.

How much does VendorStax cost for a card show organizer?

VendorStax is free to start with no monthly fee and no contract. It charges a $2.99 platform fee per confirmed paid vendor reservation and a $0.49 Ticket Service Fee per paid attendee ticket. Organizers can absorb these fees or pass them to vendors and attendees.

Can I make more money from my show without raising table prices?

Yes. VendorStax lets you sell add-ons such as power, parking and early load-in, plus sponsorships, memberships, Show Spotlight placements and attendee tickets alongside vendor space.

More detail on fees is in the VendorStax FAQ.
