VendorStax vs Treasure vs SimpleTix
All three can sell something at your show. The difference is what they were built to sell. SimpleTix is built around tickets, Treasure around collectible event listings and discovery, and VendorStax around the vendor tables and booths that pay for your event.
Most organizers switch for one reason. Find yours.
Ticketing tools treat vendor space like seats. Whether you run a card show, a collectibles expo or a farmers market, you deal with deposits, returning vendors, no-shows and space moves that a seat map was never designed for.
Build your floor plan and publish your first show for free. VendorStax only earns when a paid vendor reservation or ticket comes through, and you decide whether you or your vendors cover the fee.

Platform fees on a $100 table and a $10 ticket
Platform fees only, before card processing, which applies on all three. On a percentage fee, the bigger the table price, the more you pay. VendorStax charges the same flat fee whether a table costs $50 or $500, and you can pass it to the vendor so your show pays $0 in platform fees.

Frequently asked questions
Is VendorStax a Treasure alternative?
Yes. Both handle vendor tables and floor plans. VendorStax adds deposits and installments, an automatic waitlist, vendor memberships, rentals and sponsors, and charges a flat $2.99 per paid vendor reservation instead of a percentage of each sale.
Can I use SimpleTix for vendor booths?
SimpleTix lets vendors pick booths from a seating chart, which works for simple booth sales. VendorStax is built specifically for vendor space, with applications, deposits, waitlists, table moves and vendor history.
Can I keep my current ticketing and use VendorStax only for vendor tables?
Yes. You can keep your existing ticket tool and run vendor reservations in VendorStax. You can add VendorStax ticketing later if you want everything in one place.
Who pays the VendorStax fee?
You decide. You can absorb the $2.99 reservation fee and $0.49 ticket fee, or pass them through to vendors and attendees. Card processing through Stripe is separate.
More detail on fees is in the VendorStax FAQ.
